When we arrived got to our room we found a wonderful surprise a bad with condoms and a sock with well…… figure it out. Yes they were nice about the switching rooms got to the second room and we did a inspection of the room and under the one bed was a few cookies and candy wrappers. Come one please we pay for clean rooms please make sure your staff is cleaning them the proper way. I definitely would not stay here again

Bathroom was small. Location was too near shops and the mall which made it somewhat noisy. Motel could have offered more like a hairdryer, etc.

One cleaning lady said I left room a mess and spoke to it which I did not. I stayed in that room eight days later and found my stuff still under the bed. Always put my trash out of my linens. Wiped them tub everything one time I didn't do it all and she's

Quiet and staff is very friendly. Shopping and restaurants are walking distance and lots to choose from. I've been here 3 weeks and only issue is room could have been cleaner I bought a new sweeper and have been doing own cleaning but takes awhile to get clean towels and bedding from the cleaning staff. Front desk people are great. But cleaning staff could do better. But for the price I hate to complain. Very pet friendly and my Sophie and Dudder like it here too. They like the big king bed as much do

3 and 1/2 stars. The room was completely misrepresentated in the pictures on a third-party booking site. It showed a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. We ended up having to get ice and put it in the sink to keep our beverages cold. The room had vinyl flooring which was not comfortable on the feet. I'm used to carpet in the rooms. The room smelled musty. It got a little better after we turn the AC on and got some air circulating. The bed was comfortable. Basically this was a bed with a cheap IKEA dresser in the room and the TV with limited channels. A place to sleep for a night, but not for an extended stay. It was clean and the staff was great. And one final note, there were quite a few undesirable people loitering in the parking lot. Women, mostly. I don't want to make assumptions about what they were doing. But I was not comfortable with it.

Location was great for where we needed to be. The towels in our room were dirty. The shower curtain was dirty and the lady at check in yesterday was completely rude. We reserved our room online. When we got to the red roof the room was $2.50 more than the total I was given when I reserved the room. When I asked why the lady acted like I was taking up her time and I left it alone. No point in trying to discuss something with someone who doesn't have any interest in what your saying. Get it together Red Roof!
